It's not too bad. Especially if you have done a BHG before. Just make sure you can torque that crank bolt to the 195 (double check that #) ft-lbs it needs.

It would seem that the more I get info driving the clutch the better it gets. I broke it in all slow and after about 600 miles I romped on it real good through all 5 gears.. Actually got more to where I like it to start grabbing. Perfect now!

Are you getting any codes? more likely then not I think its the sensor that has failed or is just not hooked up. IIRC its on the bottom/back of the thermostat housing.

Not the turbo elbow. Normally in the exhaust manifold just before the turbo in the collector. It's mainly understood that post turbo temps have been quite significantly cooled down; too much so to know when its overheating.

I'd just get them from Toyota. I've come to the point of not trusting anything besides real Toyota parts.

Do you read? PWR has fabulous cooling power and I believe it that its better then any other on the market. Anyone who is overheating with any working radiator is having cooling problems in an area not involved with the rad.
