gotcha, im going to just bypass it. saw the line on DM for like 65 bucks. kinda high if u ask me, but wat the hell. as for the 12v mod, will that hurt your MPG?
did you do the 12v mod? ive heard its necessary, and then its not. also, (call me stupid) but what is the jtube mod? from what i understand all you do is widen the tube rite? so why not bypass it? im going afpr and thats what i plan on doing. they even have a block off plate u can buy.
im going to run a walboro w/12 v mod, AFPR, to some 560's. is it necessary to have a fuel dampener bypass? ive read up on it. all it does is help with the flow of the fuel and smooth out the pulsation of the FP. so does anyone know if it is necessary?
yes they come with stock ct26. he means upgrading the stock turbo. anyhow. about the jtube. i did some handy dandy research and i think i will just go ahead and bypass the jtube, they also sell these block off plates for like 15 dollars. dont see any real reason to get it since you wont see it...
got a r154 with around 140k on it. it grinds into 3rd unless i ease it in like a gentleman. if im getting on it then it grinds every damn time. so of course that tells me its the synchro rite? thats wat im thinking. anyhow, found a kit on ebay for 60 dollars, very new at transmissions. ive asked...
ya i got all that, what im confused on is the "j tube" wat is that? is it the the steel line that goes into the fuel rail with the banjo bolt on it? honestly i think ill just bypass everything and run a braided line from my stock fuel line to the afpr. on and one more thing, isnt there two stock...
so once agian im going felpro with arps. if the work is done correctly then i should have no problem with my 350-400 with a felpro and arps? or do you absolutely need a mhg? to be honest, ive had a turbo and a n/a and ive never blown a HG. guess im lucky, im running about 245 on my turbo rite...
As to the other question- do you need a wideband? No- as long as you do all your tuning at dyno sessions. Without the wideband, you won't know where your air/fuel ratio is, and that can be dangerous.
as for the wideband. please excuse my newbish tendancies. ive actually done a lot of research...
my first supra was a n/a i was always so jelous of the turbos. still miss my na though. ya i got how it works, just if its worth actually doing. checked on the s200, its going to be a perfect fit for wat im going for.
ya im gettin the lexi, wats with the q45 TB though? ive heard of the mod, but does it make a big differance? oh and ya i figured that if i put in the walboro then i may not need the frp. QSV? hhmmmm ill just wait and see what i get out of it when i get done with the build. im really new at...
im only looking for 350, but with the mods anda decent tune i can get more i think. i got a a/r 83 turbo. think thats a little over kill? things not going to spool till like 5 grand lol. hell idk im pretty new at all this to be honest. i just came across this turbo, its a borg warner s200 t3/t4...
do you need a wide band for 350? ive been looking and a few people suggested it for the tuning. also is it absolutely necessary to get FPR with a walboro?
hmmm arnt u the same guy that scammed me out of 90 bucks for selling me junk pistons? there is so many things wrong with this picture lol. u had no problem taking my money and selling me something that you would never dare to put into your car, but your up in arms cuz someone ripped you off? oh...
