Got a 2-ton "Cummins" hoist from that traveling tool truck that sets up in gymnasiums and function halls... those type... it was $200 with load leveler.. Engine stands, various places. CAP, Autozone, and Fisher Auto Parts Got a nice 1,000lb Pit Pro stand waiting for me at Fisher right now...

and remember, if it seems like you need more adjustment, the CPS can be 180* out... to alleviate, remove the cps, spin the gear 180* and reinstall. voila, more adjustment.

IIRC there's a slight adjustment at the fuel door side. If there's not, and the cable won't pull far enough, just buy a new cable. Chances are it's stretched pretty far from someone pulling on it too hard, too often.

The SSAC T70's are as good a turbo that you can buy new for $300 that said, with proper break-in procedures, they're not bad turbos. Use them at your own discretion/expense/luck? Some people have had good luck with them, some bad. It's all in the break in, and I really think that you...

You could put the 10.5's on there, but you'd probably have to stretch 285s or at the most 295's on them to clear the fender. Then, some rolling would be necessary to roll the lip up and even push the fender outward enough to fit the wheel in. as far as wheels that fit perfectly.... 17x9+22...
