I don't think its correct to think that these cars are "supposed to" run sub 10:1 in stock form. Something is probably wrong if that is the case for you guys, and its only normal because most of your cars are broken in some major way. The 02 sensor probably has nothing to do with it running...

It's not an issue. At all. The stock radiator is way more then capable of cooling mildly modded engines. Or, any engine in fact unless you are running it at high output levels for long periods of time.
