well the motor seems to work so thats not the issue. the switch is probably toast, or just bad contacts. if your brave you can pull it apart and clean the contacts, or try another switch.

the backwards y is a Japanese letter i think. as fas as what they stand for, iirc there just a lot number. makes it easy to id a re-called ecu for defects.

the abs plug is the same on both. i had no issues with running the auto harness with my 5 swap.

you dont exactly have to remove it. pull the fuse in the underhood panel and the abs will go to fail safe manual mode. if you want abs again just put the fuse in. as the abs is listed as safety equipment there is issues with removing it completely. for a dedicated track car/trailer queen it...

they are for the auto. 1 is for the od button on the shifter, 1 is for the norm/power switch. the 3rd one im not sure, may be for the tems buttons.

thats the air intake temp sensor. kindof important so id just toss it. might work but its iffy.

i dont have pics but its pretty simple. i dont know the size but i think its all 5/8 hose, but dont quote me on it. just take the hoses off the core at the firewall, but a male to male coupler , hook the hoses toghter, clamp and volia, heater core bypassed.
