One thing about the Vmount, however is that they are mounted with the front of the intercooler up high, and the front of the radiator down low. This creates a trap for the air, and equal amounts of fresh air go to the cooler and the radiator. It looks like your setup is effectivly blocking...

On most supras, intake, full downpipe and exahust = 10-11 psi... with no boost controller.

The water is from pressure washing. Don't do that. The oil is from your leaking valve cover gaskets. Tighten them.
