One thing about the Vmount, however is that they are mounted with the front of the intercooler up high, and the front of the radiator down low. This creates a trap for the air, and equal amounts of fresh air go to the cooler and the radiator.
It looks like your setup is effectivly blocking...

one of the three on "top" or one of the twoo down low/ behind things?
Or was it the one with vaccum lines on it that goes to the charcoal canister?
