If you pumped up some garbage through your pump, and somehow through your filter, yes. I'd try blowing compressed air through the hard lines to try and clean them up if it's still noisy just spewing into a bucket.

We've flowed over 500 whp through a stock, at 18 psi, so The stocker isn't bad. But the mustang ones look much nicer.

Check the elevtrical connection to the ISC, The clinking you hear is probably a bad connection on one of the relays in the passenger side kick panel. When a relay has a poor power source or ground, it can engage half-way, making a grinding, clicking noise. -Jake
