I usually see people go with the Aeromotive AFPR, and 550's. You would need to get around 60 PSI to flow as much as 550's. Personally I would not recommend it. The stock injectors are designed to see 33-40 PSI according to the TSRM. When you start raising the pressure significantly, a lot of...
I have nothing against name brands like that when they are on Ebay, its a poor word choice on my part, but when I say "Ebay Head gasket", I am referring to all the low quality knock off brands that are sold only on Ebay. I don't mean for it to include reliable, quality parts sold by reputable...
Because for a couple hundred more, I could have gone with an MHG, and I plan to go bigger eventually so I'll have to change it eventually. Plus, I believe overkill is under rated.

Mine is old and already has a small split in it, my guess is it will split worse when I put it on or right after. What are my other options? Is there an intake kit or do I need to go custom?

+1 on the above post
I meant to defer to someone who had MLS HG experience. I went with stock, and it is the biggest regret I have from my rebuild.

So I have a Lexus AFM and as expected it is larger around. My question is, what do you guys who have the Lexus AFM use to replace the accordion hose? It doesn't look like the Lexus AFM will fit in the inner diameter of it, correct me if I'm wrong.

Off the top of my head, make sure the head gets machined, MLS head gasket would be recommended, but stock will be fine. ARP head studs torqued to 75-85 lbs (I would stay closer to the 75 end of that range personally). Front timing case needs to be machined with the block. Do not use an E-bay...
My advice to you would be to research. Are you willing to replace your fuel system with aftermarket to get the extra fuel needed to go with the extra air the Lexus AFM will give you? If not, I would stay stock.

Poor choice for a daily driver. Your options are:
1. Sell the Supra and buy a different car
2. Fix the BHG.
3. Swap the motor.
If you swap the motor, keep the old one and replace the BHG on it, so when the other one blows, you can swap the original back in. In any case, you will be without a car...
Would it be possible to touch if the block and head had been machined? I'm guessing not since you know what you're talking about and you say it shouldn't be close.

This isn't a POS Cavalier. Go use some carb cleaner if you want. We told you not to. When you do screw up your AFM, let me know, I have another one I'm trying to sell ;)
