im almost done with my stuff, like one of the guys said, just check the tsrm, and make sure you save ever bolt in a zip lock bag, also there are pins from the cam gear, make sure you dont loose it, i lost mine so i have to get some now, and make sure the vacuums goes on right

did you put all your vacuums in the right spot? probably have one mixed with the coolant and its sucking it up, would check that and like what every one said do compression test and pressure test on the cylinders and coolant

i had this same problem with my tercel, my problem was due to the timing on the distributor, maby it could be the same with the CPS, once i hit boost around 13 psi it had that popping sound and the fuel was fine, i would just mess with the timing and see what you get from there

i traded my turbo tercel for my 88T, kid didnt know what he was doing

i seen plenty of cars doing the milky stuff under the oil cap and its just the condensation from the pvc system, maybe thats what you have, and just check compression and coolant pressure

thats why some people has a turbo timer to cool down the turbo and yea it does gives more heat with out water but at least with a timer its another plus
