The VPC has the correct chip in it. When running 7psi or 11psi on WOT after 4,500rpm the fuel leans right out to 15:1. I've tried turning the gain to max rich, all that does is gives me 11:1 lean/cruise and brings the air fuel @ 4,500rppm to 14.5:1. Its like the VPC just isn't going into open...

How do I reset the S-AFR to complete factory defaults? If I disconnect the battery, will that do it? Or is it one of the jumpers inside the S-AFR?

Mine flashes "12" and I the response knob does nothing to change that. Eventually it just stops flashing. Is it FUBAR?

Can you take pictures of what it looks like outside of the car? If you cut the ball off on the bottom and extend it, did you have any issues with it clearing the opening in the gearbox where it goes into?

Mine are the same. As soon as you open the doors or the boot the sound changes and it's no where near as loud inside the car. Having the windows open is ok tho.

Yes but when it's at the charge light, its got power when the car isn't running, and none when it is (hence the light going out when the car's going). However, down at the kick panel, it has power only when the car is running.

Found which one to use. Yellow wire in drivers side kick panel. Comes straight from the alternator, along top radiator support, through inner guard and into drivers kick panel. Sits in a faily large plug but only 3-4 wires are occupied. It's a pretty chunky wire as well.

I cant use a timer circuit as the remote start will try for a 2-3 second burst then stop for 2-3 seconds, if it doesnt get signal that the car has started then it will go again. I will just use the charge light with a normally closed relay. Thanks for your help everyone! I'll post up my results...
