Does anyone have issues with the LC1 reading WAY lean, as in 20:1 when idling after first starting the car? The sensor reads fine when I'm driving along, just when I first start the car. Maybe its getting too cold?
I'm going to install this on all the MacPro's at work - quad core 2.66 zeon's must be able to churn through some good numbers.
Should have 8 of these up and running by week end :)
Yeah - its pretty good. I'm going to use the tune analyzer feature to adjust the cruise and coasting mixture as its rich when cruising and lean when coasting
I only say 330 is my limit with the mods I have right now. I want it to be a daily driver. If I decide to break out with big power, then sure, I'll get more work done, but for now, getting it running and getting 330rwhp (fingers crossed) is enough :)
Yeah, Ron in Australia has a 1G in a...
Yeah my main priority was to get it running - regardless of what it looked like :icon_razz
Compressor housing and cam covers will be coated in a chrome like finish, exhaust housing will be heat coated in silver.
Other than that, just tidying up wiring and hoses
Hey all,
I'm posting in here because I sort of took over hottscennessey's "7M Stinger" thread. My appolgies hottscennessey, hope I didn't ruin your thread too much :icon_razz
I've finally got my car going pretty well. Here's the details
Stinger 4424 standalone ECU
1G-GTE core engine, DFL...
Ok thanks. I'll look into getting one at a later stage. Right now I just want to get it going, again.
How annoying, a few months off the road getting the stinger working, then as I get it running, I pull it off the road to put in a bigger turbo hahaha
I've been told the LSM-11 isn't a "true wideband". Is this true?
I would like one, but I dont think I'd really have a use for it. The only reason I'd use it would be just to say "hehe look at my fuel". I wouldn't use it for tuning.
I haven't had a chance to wire in the resistor.
I have just got a new turbo, so I'll make a new flange tomorrow and weld it onto my manifold.
Yep, I've got a bit of a bastardized setup. I was going to use JZ coil-packs, but after seeing the issues my mate's had with them arching out, I...
Hey all,
Can the wideband sensor be hooked up directly to the stinger? Or does the sensor need to go through the wideband "brain" and then into the stinger?
I'm using the W/B sensor that you get with a Zeitronix kit
Aaron - My stock tacho is running a little out of sync. reading 250rpm with the ignition on without the car running! It also seems to get progressivly more out of spec the higher I rev it. Do I need to wire it in the way tou suggest below?
