post pictures of your hard pipe air intake

3" inner cooler pipe: Ceramic coated the top pipe: The pipe from the front of the AFM(Air Flow Meter) goes through the core support, and has my air filter on the end of it, just above and behind my fog light.

    valve stem seals

I've used them quite a few times, on many different vehicles. It usually doesn't take much to put them on. Just make sure that they are all on straight. I use the same socket trick as well.

car's been sitting for a year, what now?

To check for fuel flow, you can jumper FP and B+(with the key in the ON position) in the diag. box to turn the pump on, then listen at the fuel rail for flowing fuel. SupraRX7 is right. You need to fix the alarm issue first. Kind of a regular issue. You should search in the general...

    7M-GE/2JZ-GE interchangeability?

No, none of the parts are interchangeable. The layout of the exhaust and intake ports of the head are different, so you can't use either manifolds. The injectors use a different harness clip, although I don't know if the impedance or flow are the same. Cams won't work, either, as the spacing...

    Satanic A340E!

I'd look for a stuck solenoid, or a burr in the valve body hanging up the accumulator(s). I'd also look for a stray piece of trash caught in there as well. Just a tiny sliver can hang the accumulators up, and not let the fluid pressures build or release correctly.

    Still need exhaust help...

Good hi-flow cat, a resonator or glass pack just before the rear end, and a decent muffler out back will do wonders :)

    unknown leak

You need to borrow a pressure tester and find the leak so you can fix it. Little leaks have a habit of turning into big bad leaks at the worst possible time.

    Lilse spring compressor tool

Drop a link to the tool(there's a few different ones. Some easier to use then others). The keepers go small end down into the retainer.

    excessive gas consumption

Check the vacuum hoses for cracks. Usually a hissing sound is a good indicator of a disconnected/cracked hose. Edit: Just saw your other post(you really should keep it all in one post...) The code 51 is also TPS(Throttle Position Sensor) idle switch, so you need to check that as well. As...

    antifreeze leak

If this is a turbo car, and needs to be in the GTE section, please ask a mod to move it for you, as there can be some subtle differences between the two(n/a and turbo) vehicles.

my speedometer is off by a guesstemated 15-20mph

Borrow a Tom Tom, Garmin, or other GPS navigation unit that gives a mph reading, and verify exactly how much the speedometer is off.

    antifreeze leak

You have to have both the head and block milled for the mls gaskets, even the stopper. If you didn't, that could be your problem. Both surfaces need to be smooth, and free of imperfections. I'd suggest a block test, to check for exhaust gases in the coolant. It's also possible that there is...

the strangest timing problem - i am stumped

Are the dowel pins that position the cam gears on the cams in the center hole of the gears and cams? Did you pull the bottom timing cover, and check the timing mark on the belt crank sprocket(going back to what CRE said about the pulley slipping on the dampener)? Would also check the...

    n/a front mount intercooler

How about the missing fan shroud and, again, the missing timing cover... Why remove the cover from the most important belt on the car?? Next thread's are gonna be "What happened to my timing belt/crank gear/oil pump drive pulley/water pump/cam gears?" and, "Why does my car run hot?"

comments on bilstiens with stock springs?

I was running a Bilstien/stock spring set-up, with the perches on the lowest groove. Adding bump stops onto the lower control arms in the front was a MUST. I went through two sets before I figured it out. If you corner hard, and drive on bumpy roads, you'll bottom out the dampeners, and blow...

    wheel camber way off

Best advice: Take it to an alignment shop, and have it done correctly. If not, you need to read this: DIY Alignment. Good information there, that might help you a bit.
