    The only other tuner i know of in the Austin area is MZM tuning. I haven't dealt with them personally but a co-worker of mine had his Evo tuned there and loves his tune. I've actually driven his car and the response is very tight. Little tap of the gas pedal and it wants to dig all 4 in go...

    Sounds like you found more boost leaks and fixed them. Does your turbo still hit hard at higher rpm's?

    Brake Lines!

    1.You try junk yards. 2.The for sell section. Look for someone parting the car and ask him for the brake lines. 3.Try Toyota Champion auto parts in the vendor section. 4.Place a Wanted ad.

    Not to knock the 7M but have you thought about trying a 2JZ swap? Maybe that can put some "fire" in you and keep he car on the road.

    Possible cylinder head issue?? Need advice

    I used the ARP lube that came with the studs and nuts. I did use a thread chaser before installing the studs. I can't remember what was checked on the head. I have re-installed gasket and head ....torqued to 85ftlbs. I know car hasn't been started to bring it to operating temp but i went ahead...

    Not being cheap...jus asking. I would like to try it. Never taken apart a turbo before just want to see if i can take one apart and rebuild thats all. Plus it can be a good standby when i get my 57trim and beat that crap out of it. So when is hunting season over? You've been on here regularly...

    I've looked around on some forum threads and they say to scrib the nut on the intake side in relation to the shaft. I wondered about balancing too. Members that have done it have not reported any issues. I amember messaged me and said to take it to a shop that balances turbos....should cost less...
