Well i tried everything else and that made it run so yes i'll agree not to agre with you on my false cause of a fix.

Believe me .....it happened. Car wouldn't do a thing. Just a click...no turn over...just click. Plugged the water temp sensor in (not the cold start one on top of the thermostat housing) and cranked right up. There is an explanation somewhere on here about it.

I had the same thing happen to me when i put my engine back in. Bro in law recommend making sure the water temp sensor was connected. Made connection and she fired right up.

Soo relocating the oil cooler is the only issue?

TPS would be my first check. Vacuum issues. Then maybe even check CPS.

I've noticed that i don't hear the blowoff valve when I'm being a little heavy on the throttle. Can a bad blow off valve give me boosting issues? Does the stock blow off sound @ least a little? I don't hear squat....it will also act like it wants to die when i let off the gas after punchin it...

What shipkiller said. The previous owner my have done a fuel pump bypass due to an Open-circuit Relay issue.

Well I've had my car back on the road for about 2wks and she felt like crap when accelerating. Kept getting the code 52 for knock sensor. I tried just splicing the first two feet after the knock sensor with no luck. Finally decided to replace the wire all the way back to the ecu. Found some...

You'll also need to swap the driver side air vent connector. The 88 has a different receiver than the 89+. The connector im talking about is the that goes from the air handler, then under the steering column, to the driver side air vent.
