Instead of removing the lines on the oil filter relocation Kit, I just pulled the oil filter off. Not thinking that oil is going to come out of those lines reguardless. I switched the lines around, Started the car up and oil Pressure when right on up to about 1/2 way the Gauge

Ok all, After getting everything installed and in Specs, I start the engine up and Notice that my Oil Pressure gauge isnt moving at all.
I do the following
Replace oil Sending unit
Replace Wire tip for sending unit
Replaced Instrument cluster with one in good working condition Gauge...

Ok all, Im trying to find the Correct Size for the Stock Oil Feed line so I can use an AN Fitting in its place. This is the Size that screws into the Block.

Someone Explain this ring gap thing to me, When I bought the forged Pistons, I also bought the rings that go with them for the Size overbore I have. Why would I need to check the ring gap. If so, How is this gone correctly.

Reason I asked is because the engine was put back together totally dry. Tried to turn the crank with a Breaker bar and it was reaaly tight to turn. Doing everything to it now, Will let you know how it comes out

Ok all, I need to know what type of lube do you all Put on your Pistons, Cylinder walls, Rod and Main Bearings before you torque everything down. Basically, So you dont have Dry Startup on a freshly rebuilt Engine.

Its a Pretty Easy setup and yes, It would be easier to use a 3" GM sensor instead of a 3.5". When I ran mine with the 440s, I left everything at 0....ie
Idle "0"
Mid "0"
WOT "0"
Just ensure that the Mode Switch is set for the Appropriate sensor
Set the Base at 2 for 440cc Injector setting...
Have a Friend that I can talk too about getting a VPC Setup with all the Sensors and PNP harness for the MK3 for roughly $500.00, I am going to try that setup out and see how it does... More to Follow
