I can say that the MT-90 has definitely helped. It hasn't ground once in 200 miles, all city driving and lots of stop lights. I still find it kind of odd that it's happier when it's cold, but whatever, it's very much driveable now. It's just a bit difficult shifting down in to 2nd still, but...

I'd echo pretty much everything that Nick said before me, only my car is definitely not quiet ;). I love the throaty growl that the I6 produces and the sound of the open wastegate venting to atmosphere under boost.
