You're nuts. No way you can do a proper swap for that much. You MIGHT be able to get a proper working engine delivered for that price, but as with buying most used engines.....you'll likely want to rebuild if you are wanting a solid and reliable platform.

I have yet to see an eBay exhaust that doesn't have fitment issues :( I've seen a few (VERY FEW!) with decent welds and materials, but they never seem to get a good fitment.

The K&N and any other oiled air filter will eventually mess up your AFM. Better to go with an AEM Dryflo or similar style. If you measure the diameter of the opening and the length of the cone you should be able to bring that to your parts guy and he'd be able to get you just a replacement...
