I've heard that throttle cables for a 3rd gen Camry (92-96) work great.
I went to the u-pull junkyard around here with my friend Steve (toyotanos), and the guy and the counter was making fun of him for walking out with 6 throttle cables :icon_razz
Hey if you're on facebook, make a request to join the Minnesota Supra group - you'll be in the loop on any local meets for sure that way!

Just a quick heads up - I have a spare 7M-GTE motor (with rod knock) in my garage, pretty local to you. If you're looking for a block (or any other parts) from a turbo motor, you're welcome to take a look at what I have if you're interested.
Looks good, fellow MN member! You should join our facebook group of MN Supra owners, there's plenty of activity through there:

Thanks for all the suggestions guys - hopefully I'll be tackling this pretty soon. I have two cars, but the dealership was only able to get one OEM battery cable for me (last one available new in the US, apparently). Once the new cable goes on my "nicer" Supra, I'll probably be building...
I'm looking for people's opinions and some potential options here regarding battery cables. My friend and I recently bought the last two OEM Toyota main battery cables left for sale in the US, and I've recently purchased another car that is in need of replacement. OEM is out of the question...
