Ok Loki . Usually I am able to judge pretty well how long it takes me to make stickers. I was WAY off on these, :aigo: They are kicking my ass LOL.
I have them all cut as of today, with some help from a local sign shop buddy, but the weeding is taking a long time. I can send you what I...
Here is a write up on it. I would think there is something in the TSRM but i did not see it. Yes the console, gauges, glove box, ecu. stereo and the entire dash need to be pulled.

Yeah it's not easy, but there is one place on the drivers side by the rear of the transmission where you can see the backside of the bolt and get a socket on it if your good.. I also used a set of locking plyers on the front nut to keep it from spinning while i was down there..
Ok, back to...
Ohh fun. Yes, The dash needs to be fully removed sadly enough for heater core replacement. It seems like a major job but actually went pretty easy imo. I did mine last summer in about 3 hrs..
LouKy: You need to get a 3-4 ft extension and a 14mm wobbly socket to reach the starter bolt from under the car. It took me 20 mins with the right tools. :)
Also, I think Toyota did an excellent job designing this car for the most part. I just got done putting a piston in my sisters ford...
I think so, I killed 2 of them very fast at 14psi, (they may have been on the edge of turbo death already)
If you upgrade the compressor wheel to a larger one, they can push much more air/psi at slower turbo shaft speeds without creating counter productive heat and increasing longevity of...
Same pattern but in reverse.(14,13,12, so on)..I suggest you read the TSRM. It has a nice step by step R&R for the head starting on page EM-32...

I was told by Performance Techniques that the stock CT-26 starts to overspin at 11psi and runs out of air at 13psi. Not sure how accurate this is, but I am suprised you got a year out of it at 22-24psi.
Check your turbo shaft for play to start. If it is sloppy, then the oil is most likely...
I don't know the answer because this is not a topic that gets covered 5 times a week (like the normal "search for it" posts) so that is not really needed imo. Also a small please and thanks goes a long way with some people here. :)
No problem, I agree there are too many BHG threads here...
Take your time, bag and label every thing(nuts and bolts), Take pics before hand, ask questions and don't take short cuts as they will bite you..
Good luck.. :)
Edit: As for torque specs, I would advise going to at least...
