    How did you adjust the idle? If your still referring to adjusting your timing, then you probably just gave the ecu more advance to play with... Just a guess here. Reread the above...

    Yes, it should drop down once the TPS is adjusted (code 51 not present) and the timing is properly set with the jumper installed as long as everything else is working properly.

    My (secret book of info) says EGR is shut off when the engine is not up to temp and or when above 4000-4500 rpm... Not sure if wide open thottle has anything to do with it? But then again, it also says it shuts the EGR off when the air intake volume per engine revolution is above a...

    If it's an up and down thing I would guess it should float. Maybe there is some foam or somthing missing from yours.. The TSRM does not go into details..

    Any type of waistgate failure will cause fuel cut also. (vac lines, actuator failure, sticky swing valve) Figgie beat me..:)
