    Or, try hooking a right angle drill up to the oil pump drive shaft with the key on and spin the drill while someone verifies oil pressure at the gauge? Not sure this will work, just an idea..

    45-50 on the low side.. That is why I prefer an HVAC shop to most auto repair shops as the auto guys don't do it enough to be good at it..imo Great info Gary..;) Edit: What should the low side be with R134?

    Over Heating!!!

    Just get your car warm to where you think it is overheating, then shut it off and move your hand around the face of the radiator looking for cold spots. If the temps on the radiator are uneven then yes it may be plugged. We need more info here though. How long does it take to over heat...

    I would ask Jetjock, Sounds like everything is working as far as sensors and switches, I might guess the compressor is going bad. But this is just a guess.

    Mine is not where the TSRM show it,. But it is visible from under the front lip of the bumper, drivers side. hanging down in front of the intercooler.

    It looks like the last picture in your #6 post has some discoloration in the "spoke" of the far right and left chunks.. But it's hard to tell for sure.. IJ is probably right, It was just time... Edit: Has anyone ever had a oil pump sieze on a 7m before? I know it's common on say a Ford...
