i can only guess not by much...but after i dunno 5 years or so u might see a big diff.
just get it to be on the afe side.
your alrdy dumping so much money into your engine etc etc (saw your list), why not spend a couple more bucks on this particular matter.
go to the main page....
you'll see general discussions.
under it you'll see see supra build thread or gallery or w/e.
click that and start making your build thread.
everyone on here is nice and welcome to help you with your BHG.
gasket set.
what turbo u planning to run??
i dont see a manifold in your list so i m guessing your sticking with stock mani, and weither going sp, Jt, or boss turbo??
if i were u id get a act PP.
and then a spec 2 disk or w/e disk u want in that matter
IMO thats a good combo.
but if u dont have the money a spec 3 shud be good for you.
To me once spec gets close to its max Tq people always seem to blow it.
if your serious about 400+hp/tq i'd do more...
i guess u didn't read his last sentence he said, "They're smooth inside, not corrugated like most of the general automotive ones."
so that answers your Q.
ne one that can answer my Q in post 11.
whats your mods and hp goals.
i say if its a DD go for an upgraded ct 57 trim w/ 550inj/walbro/lex afm etc etc
if its a project car and u have another car and wanna stay with stock mani either JT, boss, SP, turbonetics turbos
if u wanna tubular monifold and get rid of the stock mani try out...
if u ever change your mind this dude is selling fully rebuilt(MDC did it) ct26 turbo.
shoot him an offer he needs to get rid of it, it an old thread.
ask for pics tho.
it comes with the actuator coolant lines and oil lines.
look into it...
i think an upgraded 57 trim ct will make her happy.
im not a fan of a bigger turbo on stock inj etc etc, yes it will compensate it, but why risk damaging your engine\
still havent asnswered my Q about if she cleaned and flow tested her inj and feul pump...
