well i still will have the knocking sound...the other oil might solve that...maybe i also thought of a thicker oil...but if it was rod knock it might just hide it. i guess that would be GOOD though because it must mean it's wearing less or cushoning the impacts to some degree. i have a Bosch...

hi everybody...reviving this old thread. i had this issue a few months ago before the BHG fix...now its still there and i'm still worried. I have searched the site for rod knock and came up with some things but i'll describe what i'm feeling and hearing here... SOMETIMES, not every time...
