Timing belt is a very easy job compared to a headgasket job. If you're trying to save money, doing it right the first time will save you a LOT of money (trust me on this, I know).
May sound like a dumb question, but why are you changing the timing belt?
There is not a single torque to yield fastener in the 7M, so yes, you can reuse them all. Rod knock or any other type of abuse (over torque for example) is a different case.

Running EGR is not like running without an air filter. Carbon actually coats your pistons acting like a thermal barrier. Sand on the other hand (like if you didn't run an air filter)...
Because of the way HID lights actually work, turning them off and on is a bad thing. It's a gas with a mixture of metal halide salts. The electrical arc heats the salts to mix with the gas, but this isn't instant, it's why HID's gradually get brighter right after they're turned on.

Won't shut the motor down, but the ECU uses the oil pressure to trim fuel. Many people run a T off the port to supply to an aftermarket sender as well.
Also keep in mind the Chinese government doesn't have open trading with the rest of the world. They can export all they want, but imports are controlled heavily.
