Sunlight = hot = blows cold ;) Trust me, once the system is working correctly it's great.

    Climate Control questions

Betting dealer only. It's part number 88625-20140 and it's the same for all years. Like I said, it's easy to change, the hardest part is getting the glove box out to get up behind there to the connector. As they're all the same, could pull one in a junkyard as well.

    How hard would this be.

Cressy runs different mounts it looks like (they're round, but don't mount like ours), he'll have to use his. Oil pump is completely different it seems (new one is $200 from rockauto). A lot of misc. stuff will more than likely have to be swapped over (motor mounts and brackets, accessories...

Yep, no cover = thinks it's really sunny out and doesn't blow warm. The sensor is easy to replace, and it's cheap (think it was like $12 when I bought mine)

Drive in a circle in a parking lot ;)

Pans will swap, but oil pump I'd be hesitant to swap, especialy since I have a feeling the engine in the cressy is bad.

Don't think that the 7M in the cressy has ACIS though, but I don't see it being a real issue. May be some connectors that might change as the cressy motors might have made the transition like the supra did with the yellow and grey plug ECU. It's going to be minor stuff though.

Same motor, so it will drop right in.

    simple question brake lines

lemme look... EDIT: I see the same part numbers over all the years, so yeah, they're all the same. They're cheap, might as well replace them all if one is showing signs of failure.

They're also different from LHD or RHD, but that's kinda obvious :)

    Different motor, so not comparable.

Police perception amongst the general public.

It's where they aim the laser ;) Front license plate or headlights, and headlights doesn't work on cars with popups as they're usually down.

    Targa top problem.

Exactly what he's talking about. From the factory, there are adhesive strips on the drip rails, but they eventually dry out and fail. You either reseal with sealant or you buy new drip rails ($$$)

Good way to damage the head. There is a reason the studs come with a torque spec.

    my 87 build.

T-stat temp is too low. King bearings aren't the best (I'm being nice). High compression on stock pistons isn't a good idea. Especially since you don't have oil squirters. 95ft/lbs on the ARP studs is overtorquing them (unless you didn't use the supplied lube). That looks to be a chinese...

1J was never available in the states, so no, it's never legal anywhere. Also, screw the haters, keep the wing :D

better that stock downpipe exhaust gaskets?

Got a pic? If it's the gasket I think it is, the mating surfaces have to be cleaned up for them to work.

    drifting on a fixed rim?

Actually, that part of the wheel is forged after being cast. Not to mention cast wheels are still used in rally and until recently, even F1. Cast wheels are FINE. Especially when they use the technology Enkei has. Running over a 2x4 i would see as abuse, not to mention you didn't say...
