12.5-12.9v when the engine is running, bad alternator?

Regulator failure can can fry your electronics, that's why the test looks for high and low voltage.

    Slipping Clutch Diagnosis (PICS)

I can hold myself on a hill with mine, but it took a while to get to that point. In stop and go traffic it gets tiresome though (MKIII clutch has never been what I would consider "light")

    Turbo R Bilsteins

Rare for a bilstein to be blown unless they're physically damaged.

    flywheel bolts backing off

I find the R154 to be easier to pull than the W58. Clutch alignment is easier IMHO (and I have a tranny jack)

    flywheel bolts backing off

Clean the threads, replace the bolts, use red thread locker. I think Driftmotion was going to have their locking ring for the flywheel bolts made for the 7M as well, might wanna see if they have it done yet. Also, only the JZ's require sealant, 7M doesn't. Threadlocker is extra security and...

Knew I had this bookmarked for a reason. None of the HF hole saws are rated for metal, that's why you had an issue. Most hole saws are rated for wood, drywall, or glass/granite/marble. Even the saws from lowes are the same way, though they're higher quality and will take longer to be...

constant vacuum to new hks3 bov...???????

Yes, getting vacuum there at idle is normal. The internal spring in the BOV should be keeping the valve closed at that time.

I wouldn't use delrin, none of the arms move on only one axis meaning they'll bind and fail. Years ago there used to be nylon bushings made and they had the same issue. Don't take that warning lightly either...

12.5-12.9v when the engine is running, bad alternator?

More likely to be bad wiring (i.e. grounds and battery connections).
