I am running GR2's and Eibachs right now and it feels good. I haven't had stock suspension in a long time but I would say this would surely be a little stiffer than stock, most likely because of the springs, but the ride is definitely softer than the coilovers I had. I feel like the coilovers...
The plastic gets brittle and cracks, I have seen the ends break off. I ended up buying the Geo version of the valve but if I could do it again I would probably try to find an OEM one. The valve body itself is actually a bit larger, so you have to bend the stock bracket just slightly and it seems...
It seems that the problem lessens slowly over time, and there is no distinct change at the 3 minute point. After driving/throttling the problem returns then slowly diminishes over a few minutes but never completely goes away. Here are some more videos to show the problem. You can see the...
It seems to be a question primarily used to incriminate you... there is no correct way to answer it that I can think of that wouldn't piss off the officer. However, by being honest and upfront I have had many friends get off with warnings when doing things much worse than this.
By the time...
I don't know what serial output is, but you want the 0-5v output of the gauge going to the orange wire of the maftpro. Then remember to set your AFR source to 3 for AEM widebands.
Yes in hindsight telling him my speed was in this case admitting guilt, but I had no idea how much I was speeding, in fact I didn't believe I was speeding. There's no way for me or any other driver following the same route to know that it was a 25MPH zone.
What is the best way to respond to...
Thanks for the tips.
Grandavi I have never heard of such a service, it would be great if we have something like that here. 75 for their services?! That is insane. I plan on spending at least 1000 US dollars for any type of legal help from an attorney. I need to find one quickly unless there are...
Let me start by saying that I have been driving for approximately 7 years and have never had any traffic violations. I always drive reasonably on the street because I know how dangerous speeding can be.
The other night (11:15PM, few cars on the road, maybe one vehicle every 15 to 30 seconds) I...
Bringing this back from the dead. My car still does this and it is so irritating. The biggest problem is it is not completely consistent. The problem worsens with cold weather. All through summer where air temps are over 95 deg f even at night, I never had a fluctuation of idle rpms. As soon as...
Only way I can imagine that much coolant being in the oil before ever even having started the engine is if someone completely forgot to install the front freeze plug, which would allow coolant to drain strait into the crankcase
Did you have a gaping hole where the brass plug is in this pic?
Coolant light indicates that you have a low coolant level in the overflow tank. Make sure it is full, and if it is, then you have a problem with the sensor at the bottom of the bottle or a wiring issue, more than likely a stuck float on the sensor.
Random question for you. You talked about warm up enrichment earlier, what exactly is done for warm up enrichment and what parameters have to be met to be in warm up enrichment? I have noticed that even on very cold starts (well cold for me, low 40's high 30's) the wideband will show AF ratios...

Same manufacturer that supplies OEM bearings, more than likely they are stock. Is there a number stamped with ink on either side? That indicates the bearing size, but often times the ink wears away.
