+1 hydro setup is a PITA.. heavy, messy if leaking, once it breaks it damn costly to fix all for a slight cooling benefit. I wouldn't say upgrade in most cases unless its broken, but to not switch to the 2jz mechanical would be illogical at best.
yeah see, the C's has its own pivot housing but in the instructions it shows the user putting those stock pieces into the housing. but like I said it doesnt seem to affect anything in feel or operation so I'll leave it at that. thanks again guys.
well I still put in the marlin crawler bushing where it would logically go, I just had never seen those bushings I posted before. but if they're unimportant to STS' then I have no problems.
the C's didn't come with those bushings yet it noted them in the pictures. but like I said it wont...
You definitely want it mounted to have the inlet to catch can going to the ex. cam valve cover and the other side back into the intake pipe.
These guys can get a little meticulous at times, as can I. The catch can mounting location just has to provide decent cooling, nothing crazy. It doesn't...
saw these in another thread, but my tranny didnt come with them.. I still installed my C's STS in spite of this, but will it cause any damage from not having it?
they look to be just for dampening. I dont see how they could relate to anything wearing out. especially when looking at my C's...
Jose, I consider you to be VERY knowledgeable but thats the first I've ever heard of that. Perhaps you just didnt clarify because and I could be wrong the stock numbers are 320chp US and 280chp JDM. So I'm trying to figure out how that all translate to what you said unless they did the same...
I assume some ppl will call me a moron, but in all honesty simple green is amazing for all intensive purposes I've used it. it takes more than once but at least its not caustic..
that purple power, grease lightning and those other chemicals leave this terrible residue and take more material...
