I would run a boost leak test on you IC and piping to confirm no leak, bad part of Spd+Density I think. Can quickly overspeed your turbo if it is leaking.

Fix the broken bleeder, make sure you keep the resivoir full.

Apparently tranny oil lubes it, but I put lubriplate on mine.(assembly grease) I would put the oil being used in the tranny for an initial lube but thats just me.
