Remove the spark plugs and EFI fuse. Crank over until you get oil pressure, then continue to crank for a min. Make sure not to burn up the starter. Install plugs and EFI fuse and crank it up!
Another thing you might consider with that manifold is to brace the turbo from underneath to try and keep it from cracking. Like a bracket from the block to the turbo to try and take some weight off of the manifold. Also a flex section in the DP helps too.
Hell Yea!!
Im surprised it took this long too..
Oh and I was actually surprised at their answer. The guys at SS apparently kinda know what they're talking about.
Q: I just bought a 1987 Supra Turbo with the 7mgte engine, but no transmission. I was thinking this might be a good time to upgrade...
BHG's can show themselves in different ways. They don't always leak coolant into the oil but you could still have exhaust getting in the coolant and visa versa. Get a real block tester from somewhere that tests the cooling for exhaust gases. Smelling the coolant is not always good enough.
Propane is only for diesels...You could convert your whole setup to LPG but I doubt you want to do that.
If you're just going to drive this on the weekends and are looking to run a LOT of boost all the time, then run race gas.

So I'm thumbing through the May 09 issue of my leftover Super Street Subscription and in the "tech support" section a guy asks the notorious "whats better?7m 1jz 2jz?" question.. In their answer to this guys question, supramania.com is mentioned.

If I'm going to spend that much money on a lift it's going to be a real hydraulic/ electric lift..You know, the kind that lifts the car up high enough for you to just walk...
Quite a few Honda guys are running the OBX Helical LSD with great results. Many making 600hp+ It's a copy of the Quaife Helical. But it was only $350 instead of $900.

And Diesel engines hate the cold!
Also condensation can form in gas tanks very easily..which will eventually migrate to your fuel lines where if can freeze and plug a line.
I've been running a Walbro in my civic for...uh....I dunno about 5 years now? No problems. A friend of mine also has had a Walbro in his turbo Integra for almost two years with no problems.
