Dropping the pan is not an easy task just to see pistons but it is the best, and possibly only way other than pulling them out of the block. All aftermarket Piston's I've seen have their logo forged under the skirt as Brent said.

Cool a link to a different forum. Why you would be hailing a 160hp engine and saying the 205hp SR is junk is beyond me... but this is just like the 7M vs. JZ fights. It's going nowhere.

I've got a few friends with 325's and 330's. The 325/330xi's take a beating for hours, especially in the snow and still run like brand new.
