Have you checked your tie rod's and ball joints? These will cause the wheel, and entire hub to have some play in it.

Did you wire an external relay and do the 12v mod? I've got a Walbro, 12v mod, and afpr and mine has been running great for 4 months and 5k miles.

That is pretty low. My exhaust tucks right into the stock cutout, about a 1/4" from the bumper. I don't see how the rubber hangers could stretch far enough for it to be that low so it looks like the best fix would be to cut and re-weld the hanger brackets on the exhaust.

How do you plan on getting to 25 psi by just bolting on a turbo?

Burnout- Push clutch, push gas, let go of clutch, push brake. Fuck up clutch- Yes most likely. My advice- Don't do things that you don't know what the outcome will be. Good luck with your license and be safe with that car.
