Had a guy at my work ask if the Supra in the parking lot was mine the other day. Said he used to have an 88 na. He stood around and asked questions about the car for an hour while I was working on his Saab.
Are those the turn signals in the beginning of the video? That's probably the coolest taillight mod I've ever seen.
As for the engine... Eh. The whole car looks very clean, Just not the Car/Engine combination I'd do. But I suppose if you've got the money and means to do it, why not?
Nice information. I've got many similar notes and powerpoints. Unfortunetly it applies directly to NA engine building and tuning, when forced induction can change some scenarios slightly. I actually had an Instructor tell me my car would not run at 14 pounds of boost when discussing Compression...
The cars that have been on my mind lately are.
05+ F250 quadcab shortbed Lifted on 37's
F350 dually lowered on 22.5's
03-04 Cobra
92 and 95 Supra
BMW 760iL

I don't see how the rubber hangers could stretch far enough for it to be that low so it looks like the best fix would be to cut and re-weld the hanger brackets on the exhaust.
Burnout- Push clutch, push gas, let go of clutch, push brake.
Fuck up clutch- Yes most likely.
My advice- Don't do things that you don't know what the outcome will be. Good luck with your license and be safe with that car.
I've driven both and prefer the BMW hands down.
I like the IS300's alot, and think they're a great car, but I've had friends with 325xi's and 330's that beat the hell out of them and still ride as smooth as the day they got them.
Great smooth ride for a DD and even the 325 felt faster than an...
A guy I know used to park his POS Ford Ranger in the shop everynight. So he's driving it in one night, goes to do a burnout into the bay, blows a brake line, straight into the back wall.
A guy I work with had a "Dragon" shirt on the other day, took his bike there in '02.
I don't go out of my way much anymore. But I did find myself doing it sometimes a few years ago.
I wanted to do dual N1 when I first bought exhaust.
I like it, looks pretty cool, the angle is just a bit steep.
And holy stretched tire. Gotta say you've got one stylish looking NA.
