yeah becuase it's a t4 turbo and won't bolt on
you'll need a new Intake, down pipe, exhaust manifold, new drain lines for coolant and oil depending on if it's water cooled or not
it's a lot...you'll end up spending way more than 400
400 is hard to get with a 57 trim and that's pushing it
look at the bolt ons from sound performance if you want 400
the 57 trim can get you close at about 375 with a good tune
well 400 for a turbo is like An eBay turbo which will literally like blow up haha
if it helps when I had that turbo I sent a pic of on mine it was smoking sooo bad about a court of oil every 3-4 days bad
and it has horrible shaft play
the cxracing turbos are never instock
driftmotion sells a...
there are about 3 or 4 bolt ons out there from driftmotion
then you have the bigger turbos that are bolt on from sound performance
how much are you looking to spend on te turbo?
keep in mind turbos have to be broken in
well from my personal experience yes it would cause it to smoke
the picture I posted...the wheel has about an 1/8th inch play both in and out and side to side it touches the walls
I'm surprised that thing didnt wiggle and shoot a fun into my intake hahaha
as for how big the intake is just...
code 51 is the tps not calibrated right
when it is not calibrated right it will make your car start jerking/jumping when you want to add a load on to it
look the tsrm for the calibration spec of your tps...recalibrated it and you should be fine
what do you have the throttle positions for hi and low set to on he safc?
idk if that affects revving in nuetral but in mine I had my afc set wrong so Is I would go more than 10-20% on throttle it would cut out
are you sure it's an rpm thing and not a throttle thing?
btw the oil right on the ensued of te turbo is just blow by from the crankcase nothing to worry about
you can try taking the down pipe off and seeing if there is oil in the downpipe right behind the turbo
