Just wanted to update this thread.... clocked my turbo yesterday, and I don't think it could have been easier. I didn't remove the pin, I just ground a new notch for it. One thing to note, the wastegate spring pressure will end up a tad higher depending on how much you clock the housing...if...

did you clean the pcv system after a previous (i'm just assuming you previously had a blown headgasket) HG job? Could be some residual goop left over from the last blown head gasket.

hopefully it is not just 200 for the hardline....toyota sells them for around $45. if it is the hard and soft lines, 200 is about right.

chances are, you'd smell an exhaust leak all the time, not just when the heat is on. Chances are you are smelling 20 years of dust blowing out of your heater core.

somebody made a post with IC piping size calculations...hopefully somebody has it bookmarked and can post it here. From your setup, it sounds like 2.5 would be about right. On a similar setup, I'm going with 2.75"

no, it probably wouldn't show any noticable "wetness". With EGTs in the neighborhood of 800C, there isn't a lot of hope for that oil hanging around. You will just end up with carbon deposits.
