if i remember correctly they are rated at 295 compared to the 280 rating. a usdm is rated at 310 or so its not vtec its completely different.

they do shift nice. and the parts you have will all work fine. the only PITA is going to be that clutch line. if its not deteriorated it will be a pita to install (ask me how i know :( i just bought a braided line)

changed an sc300's W58 clutch... charged the guy 180$ :(:( but he spun a rod bearing on the way home so i dont feel as bad anymore :)
