I actually have all the stuff to build a manifold from the ground up. I was going to build a collector and manifold kind of like Full-race does for the 2jz but I'm not really set up to cut the pipes for the collector. I didn't want to do a log style manifold and I have a buddy that might start...

I did 525 rwhp/475 rwtq @ 19 psi on 93 octane.

Here are some pictures of the header. It was an XS Power, the new version with 101 wall thickness 321 pipes, for a 2jz-gte and I used the collector and mated it with a 7m flange.

It is still the stock engine (with the exception of the HKS 1.2 MHG and ARP headbolts) and stock head and cams. The only things I've changed since my mid 600 pulls on the dyno is the header, wastegate, turbo, injectors, and fuel management. I went with a 44 mm Tial gate, GT4202 turbo for now...

On Dave's car I've been slow and pathetic, not fast and furious.

Yes, because it will open alittle sooner than 14 or 15 psi on just wastegate so you could still dial it down alittle if you wanted to.

It really adds a board range of tuning to a part that can be a pain in the butt to change being the wastegate spring when you have that much adjustablity at your finger tips. And the award of "run on sentence of the thread goes to!" Thank you,thank you. Sean

depends on what you want your base boost or off boost controller boost psi to be. If you are running an electronic boost controller you can effectively double the boost psi rating of the spring. I had a 10.2 psi spring in my 40 mm HKS gate and ran 7 to 8 psi on just the wastegate and 29 psi...

421 rwhp on a 58 mm( inducer size) turbo is very respectable especially on the stock intake manifold.Plus I saw no a/f's listed so if this was kept at the industry standard safe of 11.2 to 11.7 there is still more left in it at these boost levels. Like I said earlier nice job all the way around...
