    The one below the licence plate? Some places got those (i have heard them called fog lights, or anti crash lights?) Im sure it has something to do with local laws. I think it is also the reason some places never got the 89+ tails.

    Heat and A/C are completely different systems. Although you may have an A/C leak, having a bad heater core has no effect on the A/C system.

    I think that's your C1 plug. It's one of the connectors that needs to be sorted out during the swap. Usually just needs to be re-pined or the correct connector spliced in. And thanks, I have much to update my thread, just haven't got around to it yet.

    I am not sure I am understanding your question properly, but the ignitor connector should be part of the engine harness. There should be no need to transfer the body harness over.

    If there is coolant getting to the bearings of a water pump, it is dying. It doesent matter if its water or coolant. I agree with the corrosion bit.

    I have a 7mgte front half and a soarer 1j front yoke, both auto, I am not sure if they are the same tho. I'll have a look when I get home.

    +1 Umm no. The ignition timing should be checked by the tech, during the test. If its not right, automatic fail.

    (on a 7m) Yeah, and with the ac running, obviously. That was my thinking, but Im not sure. I think thats just a legal issue. Thats how all stock toyotas act, in my experience.
