Sounds like valve stem seals. Ask the previous owner if they were replaced when the headgasket was. If they were, ask and make sure the valves were lubed when they were reinstalled.
Ok, lets go for 9-20-08. As for the time...the parking lot fills up pretty fast, so the earlier we get there the more parking but we'll have to wait longer until other cars show up; if anyone is interested in seeing other cars. And I'm not really worried about "showing" my car. So I don't care...

Yeah I went to NAPA to get their ceramic pads and there was no listing for an 87 and the parts guy was trying to convince me there was a difference. Just double checking.
Can anyone vouch for the PBR ceramic pads? I just noticed they are on sale at one of our vendors!
