The downpipe DM offers seems to work well. It even fits on a 1JZ using a CT26 without any exhaust modification.

I bought a replacement Denso 02 sensor from Rock Auto and just had a bung welded on. The top one houses my wide band sensor. Also best to get rid of the two lower bungs because they're useless where they're placed.

It definitely won't be a perfect match, even my WRX which had newish paint couldn't even be blended when it had some work done. They also say white is one of the harder colors to match and lay down correctly.

Any pictures, how bad is the front end? I'd say go with the 240, it's lighter, better weight distribution, superior handling, and has better availability of parts. The last part is probably the most important when you start treating everything on the car as if it was an expendable item.
