A properly prepped block and head(machine work) along with a MHG and ARP head studs can do wonders for the BHG reputation on the 7M. But in any motor, a headgasket can fail.

Is it rich under boost or at idle? If its under boost then that small crack in the coupler between the 3000 pipe and TB is leaking air and its already metered, therefore adding the necessary fuel for it. Without that air, you will run rich.

Might as well replace the valve cover gaskets as well, thats why theres oil in there to begin with....unless you already replaced them and didnt replace the screws.

Yeah, I needed proof that I needed the LEX AFM as well and the 550s. I just said my injectors broke along with my AFM. It worked.....

I have seen Marine Corps Balls like that, but this one wasnt the case. I guess that each unit will have different assholes in charge that want to stand out and be heard.

Okay first of all, if it runs with the AFM unplugged, it doesnt mean that the AFM is bad. You can check the AFM using the TSRM, and if you search the code 31 on this site you will find other threads that will help you check it further. When I had a code 31, it ended up being the AFM and not...

Not too sure where you found that number, because Ive never seen or heard of a bone stock 7M able to run nearly 15 lbs of boost before hitting fuel cut. Anyway, a lot of factors play into fuel cut. If its colder outside then you will hit it sooner because the air is more dense than it would...

Apparently there are members that are confused on what the definition of a budget is. Everyone keeps a "budget" in mind while building the motor. As for the pistons and rods......I wouldnt push the pistons to those limits, but there have been some arguments stating that with properly prepped...

IIRC, no one makes an aftermarket manifold for the CT26.

I have BIC's exhaust turbo back, and I love it. Definitely suggest getting it.

+1, when I did it the first time, I had to use a torch on the nuts and once heated up, they came off with an impact gun.
