Did it throw any codes? Check for codes, and make sure you dont have a fuel leak anywhere, it may have had fuel in the lines and then the lines couldve ran out, which could explain why the motor suddenly died.
Yes, but just to be clear, if you are using the NA tranny then you MUST use the NA flywheel and NA clutch.
And my OEM NA clutch didnt last the moment I pulled out of the parking lot, it was slipping in 5th gear bad.
For that much money it looks to be the real thing, so if it were me, I would purchase the "real thing" from someone locally on here to make sure its legit.
.....and it will come with the right instructions...
Search around, there was a thread on cams in a 7m not too long ago....mentioned that if you are making a lot of power already, then they can help, but without other mods, they are not the best bang for the buck.
Agreed, I cant talk shit about the honda guys here, cause everyone one of them run 11s after a days work on the motor. My friend with a CRX bolted a TO4R to it along with injectors and fuel pump, fpr, along with a SAFC and the next day ran an 11.5.
Another friend is still using the D16 stock...
Why are the Masterpower turbos so cheap? Are they less reliable than others? Im becoming more interested in these turbos now that I see the prices.....what kind of power can be made with the T70 with supporting mods?
Good to go! Oorah Doc! Dont worry you'll get it soon enough. The docs that went to Iraq with us the last time all got theres while we were deployed.
Good to see youre with us!
Dont worry, there were Docs there, just didnt take any pics with em. Most of the docs at the ball were all boots and we didnt know em. Now the docs we went to Iraq with the first time were bad ass and I wouldve liked to take some photos with them.
Man, I would love to be a part of GTEpowered, but you guys make it impossible to reach the 500 mark without going with an aftermarket turbo. Maybe when I go back to Iraq I will save up the money to go that route.:evil2:
No youre right, frequency is the best way, but jetjock has said that you can test with volts to get by and still be able to determine if the AFM itself is bad.
