    1jz running problem

STOCK ECU???? Guarantee you that if I threw on a WB02 sensor on your car, you would be 9.XXX or even 8.XXX a/f. That and you wired in a GM 3bar map on a STOCK ecu?The signal the GM sensor is giving the ECU is going to be fubar.

    1 Fuel Pump or Two?

that's just more money I'm not willing to spend. I'm an occasional auto crosser. This car still has air conditioning...so it's doing double duties as a grocery getter and auto crosser.

    oil cooler line length

I bought an egay special. Worked like a champ.

    1 Fuel Pump or Two?

Yep. slosh pot. Guess it's a way of keeping the fuel from sloshing around in the fuel tank when it gets low. Under hard cornering, that could get deadly. I'm not a drag racer (not in my 1J anyways). My supra is primarily an autocross car for now. Turning it into a road course car...

    oil cooler line length

6 ft. total. I ran from the oil relo adapter (engine side) to the oil relo adapter (filter side), to the oil cooler, out of the oil cooler back into the oil relo adapter (engine side)

    oil cooler line length

on my old 1JZ, I mounted mine in front of the a/c condenser and custom brackets. I bought 6 ft. of -10 steel braided hose, but IIRC I used more than 6 ft. (had some extra from another project). I used 1 oil cooler, 1 oil filter relo.

    1 Fuel Pump or Two?

still others go to one internal, one external with a slosh pot. <====this guy is doing just that.

    60-1 on a 1jz?

On a street car, no need to push the limits. On a bad ass drag car...you have to live on the limit.

    60-1 on a 1jz?

It's not really the compressor side he should worry about. It's the proper sized exhaust that he needs to get. I've seen 60-1's with P trim 1.32 exhaust housings....I'd like to see a 1JZ spool that. And then there's the B18 honda's running 60-1's with o-trim .84 housings.

1JZ fuel rail...how much HP can it support?

Yeah I know single walboro isn't safe for 500HP. That's why I'm doing dual pumps. Intank walboro feeds an slosh pot then out of the slosh pot into a walboro inline fuel pump.

welcome back bro. I get my turn to the sandbox here soon.

1JZ fuel rail...how much HP can it support?

damn. I'm shooting for a measily 600 HP. Hopefully I can make 600 HP on the stock lines. I wouldn't think 620cc injectors could sustain 500 HP at 80% injector duty.

1JZ fuel rail...how much HP can it support?

I know there is a correlation between fuel hose size and the amount of HP it can support, so how much can the stock JZA70 1JZ-GTE fuel lines support? I'm not talking about injectors or pump. I ordered some 800cc injectors (not VENOM haha) and have a walboro 255lph/hp in tank pump already...

    Anyone see this

As have I. GT3040 on my last 1JZ and my current 1JZ with twin blitz K26. Twin has better spool....but definitely NOT instaspool. I make full spool by appx. 3500 rpms vs. the GT3040 @ 3800 rpms. If I did it over again...single turbo. This twin kit is a bitch to work on...not that I work on...

    Anyone see this

I wouldn't. Replacing the stock twins is like getting a root canal. Going single turbo is like getting your teeth cleaned. I've seen them before. Those would be best for people in Cali who have problems with smog testing.

1jz swamp is it worth it??

haha. Glad I never had to do a swap. My supra is an original jza70.

    60-1 on a 1jz?

No top end? That's because you have no CAMS. I only did 256's and they made a HUGE DIFFERENCE on my twin blitz k26 kit.

    Question about my TPS

haha. Yes. Setting TPS voltage is a major PITA. If you have a Power FC + Commander, it is a little easier though.

    Oil Cooler Needed?

I've done both. Drifting was harder on the motor IMO.
