Having a real hard time working this out! Hoping you guys can point me in the right direction.
Installed the 550's (precision injectors), Adjustable FPR and a Walbro 255. Dropped in the 550cc chip for the HKS FCON. Adjusted the base fuel pressure as per TSRM at 35 psi. Cranked it and it ran for...
why don't you just shoot for something more feasible with the mods you have like 350-400whp. That will be plenty fun on the street and I reckon that will be enough to make your dad jealous. :)
That thread was from 2008. Perhaps the issue has been addressed. Had no such issues with mine (touch wood) and I've been running them for over 15,000 kms.
Yeah same motor, same turbo. I don't see why my friends DDP spools much better and has no creep. Whereas mine is slower to spool and creeps. I just added more pre-tension to the wastegate today and it helped with spool time a little but it still creeps.

Now i'm running a recirculated downpipe with a divider plate and I can only make 8 psi by 3000 rpm and it begins to creep as the...
So you guys think it may be the wastegate? I was under the assumption that it would have been a new wastegate with a freshly rebuilt turbo. Not sure if Aaron from driftmotion replaces that part or not.
I installed an unclipped 57 trim on my built 7M (probes, mhg, arps, recod head etc) a few months ago, and i've been putting off asking these questions but something doesn't seem right.
Firstly, IIRC people have said that the 57 trim spools just as quick as a stock ct26. Is this true? For...
Well regardless of what a lot of tyre shops said I ended up putting on 285s AND they fit!
I rolled my guards to a V-shape some time ago and that was enough. Only rubbed on a rediculous bump that standard cars struggle with.
