    built 7M lacking power

Dropped a built 7M in not long ago. Typical build: reconditioned head Probe .20 over forged pistons Eagle rods Polished crank Block and head machined Cometic 1.3mm head gasket Now the issue is it seems to lack power. It felt quite a bit quicker with the tired old motor! It had code 51...

    BOV not venting

YES! I love it when things just work out! Turns out the hose was completely of the nipple, not sure how it happened, but it fixed the bov problem and I think it may have fixed an idle problem that I also had. Thanks guys

    BOV not venting

I think I may have found the vac leak. I sprayed throttle body cleaner at the vac lines down by the power steering pump and heard the engine revs rise. I'll start pulling shit of and I call back here to tell you of my success :)

Hi guys, Just recently installed my built 7M, and can't seem to work out this problem. My Blitz DD bov was working perfectly before with a recirculating fitting, but now with the new motor it will not vent. Im getting compressor surge/flutter or whatever you want to call it. I have...

    Divorced Downpipe vs Bellmouth/Widemouth

A few mates and I have discussed this numerous times. Basically what's better for the CT26. Are there any proven results that one is better than the other, and if so would the difference be noticeable? I myself don't really care, I run a recirculating ddp but just for argument sake I wanna...

    Rear Coolant Hardpipe Leak?

I have not 100% confirmed it to be the hardpipe. Im gonna get hold of a small mirror to have a look back there. That leaking head gasket possibility, is rather worrying for me. EDIT: So I got a mirror behind there after a short drive and it was in fact my greatest fear... There is coolant...

    Rear Coolant Hardpipe Leak?

The heater union does not appear to be leaking. I stuck my finger back there at it was dry after a run. Definately seems to come from the hardpipe. Damn, so my only option is to remove my motor.... :( What a terrible design flaw!! p.s. thanks for your help guys

    Rear Coolant Hardpipe Leak?

Gats, mine has a hard plastic bung style plug which is like hammered in from factory. Not like the one pictured. I've also checked it for leaks. Does anyone know why that pipe wraps around the back of the block, just to be blocked of?

    Rear Coolant Hardpipe Leak?

Hey guys, I believe that the rear coolant pipe is leaking on my car. I replaced every coolant hose there is, back there and its still leaking which leads me to believe its the hardpipe. I can't see behind the motor well enough to confirm it 100% but if it is the problem what are my options? It...
