I have a walbro 255 with stock wiring and resistor not bypassed
No issues with fuel pressure being set at 43psi. Using aeromotive afpr and j tube bypass
I how ever did talk to tech support at walbro. He stated that their pumps should run 12v or more.
The switching of voltages can harm the...
have same problem with mine
spray some penatrating oil into lock cylinders
then try and work it loose
50% chance it will work out but if not you will need to replace lock cylinders
IIRC correctly the purple wire leading from maft pro to wideband ground should be a certain length from the gauge
Let me do a little research and will let you know
I have my aem uego wired up the same as your's to my maft pro with no issues
Have battery tested at local autoparts store
If battery test fine then i would suggest looking at main engine grounds and power wires. I dont mean just look at them lol get a multimeter and resistance check the wiring.

Even at...

With those parts you should be able to see 400hp all day long without the turbo beginning to sweat
Really a stock 7m with intake, boost raised under fuel cut, upgraded intercooler and 3in turbo back exhaust makes ruffly the same...
I completely agree with it being a stout motor
But on 11psi(guess stock charger) your really missing out :)
Did some fine tuning yesterday and today on my way to work
Sitting on 23psi again. Had to retune a few things due to changes in head
Now only if my 1-2 shift wasnt shit and trans...
