clean looking mk3 you got there
but i do see 1 probelm
its not white
now now now...your probably thinking im crazy(which your probably right) haha
nah looks good and hopefully you dont spool at redline :)
you dont understand
your oiling system is low pressure high volume
meaning it doesnt want pressure it wants as much oil running through it as it can have(volume)
with running thicker oil your making the pump work harder cause the oil is harder to push through the system since your using 15w40...
probably b/c that somebody doesnt know how to install fuel lines away from metal objects to keep them from rubbing
heck my return line has a rubber hose slid over it to prevent rubbing
and pressure line has a 6" section of rubber hose slid over it where its closest to the alternator
Been a while since i have done any updates
Parts added
Hks Super Dragger exhaust
Driftmotion upper intercooler piping
Relocated AIT sensor
Replaced lower radiator hose
Installed and relocated p/s resevior
Ordered a factory amp(should be here tomorrow)
Removed, cleaned and painted cps
Prosport...
yup check this
go through the basics:
do you have enough fuel pressure?
got good spark?
vaccum lines hooked up properly?
charge piping not leaking?
no leaks between afm and TB?
seeing as the metal doesnt shrink or extend under its own power
i would have to say crawl under there and get a bird eye view of the alignment
im just confused on your problem
dipstick tube slide into block, then bolts to side of turbo
not trying to be a dick but you should try and fix it on...
Hmm I don't have a tps code. I'm running maft pro in speed density. No problems at all
Well I did find after installing my aeromotive afpr. Letting the car sit for a few hrs the fuel pressure would bleed off
So when I go to start it'll catch on 1 cylinder then die. Another turn of the key then...
i got a 2.5" straight pipe cat back for $50 plus shipping :)
but im not 100% sure if it will bolt up. Maybe posting in he 7mge section would give more experiences
