The only common issues with a 7mgte(never played with a n/a) is BHG, stripped exhaust threads, cps wires, ball joint design and intermittent no crank/no starts due to factory alarm sensors behind door locks going bad

even though the BHG plague is there many people stick with the 7m(like myself)
never had any of my supra's break down on me on my long drives to work
for the motor being 20+ yrs old i cant complain with the reliability factor of the motor

get a 3in downpipe and free flowing exhaust
sounds better but not as good as not having a restrictive AFM in the way
mine sounds like a big diesel turbo when spooling up haha

oil squirters
turbo feed/drain holes on exhaust side of engine
empty wallet
if the assembly comes with a (what i call) a coolant neck...thermostat goes inside...there will be a turbo coolant fittings attached

Originally i had my IAT mounted in 3000 pipe
But had major issues with heat soaking. 170 degree cruising on the highway on a 95 degree day

oh those are just simple gm style weather pack connectors

If the IAT sensor looks like this
Then simply go to your local auto parts store and ask for the sensor harness
Then you WONT need the 2 pin weather pack connector, 2 female pins and 2 gromments

plugs into back of maft pro unit and runs to gm map sensor?
the link of above has the 6ft long speed density harness for $29.99
i cant remember if the IAT sensor wires is built in with this harness
havent done much in the past month
been pretty busy with work
next weekend i will be shimming the accumulators
if everything goes as planned i should be embarking on a v8 transplant with a turbo(s) over the winter
