the only aftermarket downpipes i've ever seen have been catless... i actually have no idea where to find one with a cat still on it. go with BIC unless you're on a budget.
i'd get a recirculated DDP. it's way less restrictive than goin with a 3" elbow and then a regular 3" DP. usually cheaper, too.

well the last time i tried to drift anything i rolled my friend's jeep cherokee, soooo... haha the technique sounds good though, whatever's gonna kick it sideways and keep it there. you have to remember you're drivin a tank though... i'd take out all the weight i could and get rid of the body roll.
if you actually wanna slide it a lot, rather than just breakin traction around a few corners in town when it's wet, then go with coilovers. lowering springs are okay but they're more for looks and not really that stiff, but i guess that'd be depending on your struts. tokico's are pretty sick but...
