    bbc springs

You could try but reving that high I would go with Ferrea duel spring valvetrain. To keep valve float to a min. ;) Also depends on the lift on the cams you are looking at. I know there is something like you only want to compress the spring something 70-80% IIRC. There is a term for it...

    Supra in Clunker lot

By what I have seen there are lots of good cars going to the crusher. Now if they traded in a real clunker like a 80's buick, 80-90 chevy, 80's accord (or any honda for that reason :evil2:) then call it good. Get these oil dripping, rusty POS off the road. But many I see are still nice like...

Repair shop taking WAY TO LONG to fix a T-56. Is there anything I can do???

Well here we go. Before the warrenty was up I had the shop rebuild the T-56 in my caddy. The reason for the rebuild is it would jump out to reverse. This was back in May and took them 3 weeks to compleat the job due to "set backs and custom ordered parts" when they said "it will take 1 week to...

    Which Radiator is better?

I was wondering WTF he was talking about too. There are 3-4 ruunning around here and all fit great. But what ever, let him buy what ever he wants. The OEM unit has no problem keeping my 7M cool even on these 90+ degree days with the A/C cranked.

    Supra in Clunker lot

Well by what I can find the only thing(s) the boneyard can remove is the battery, tires, and cat-conv. Looks like things that would be a environmental hazards. What have you heard thay can also remove? That is why the URG (United Recyclers Group) are crying about this program saying...

    Supra in Clunker lot

Buzz!!! wrong answer. Threw the CARS program, NO parts are to be removed. Engine and tranny is destroyed (the liquid stuff from the gov.) at the dealership. Then the next stop and should be the ONLY stop is the crusher. Yes, Im sure there will be some sort of scamming going on but there...

    Supra in Clunker lot

Very true, but it looks to be a N/A. Witch if the owner wanted to "sell it" Im guessing he wouldn't even be able to get 3K for it or even $2K. And since they probably got $4,500 for it you do the math and see who got the better deal. Im not saying I like seeing it get crushed since there is...
