You Sir are right! Some of us always seam to get lost in torque and displacement. Response plays a big roll on how power comes on and how a turbo spools.

I was looking at some of the Vegas dyno sheets and I looked at 5MGE mk2's Vs 7MGE mk3's and for some reason all the 5M's were making more power then the 7M engines (GE'S). There's good ideas in here. We are going to have alot of fun!

Been there done that. It will not work. The 2jzge flywheel is smaller then the 1jz flywheel. Its also thinner. Why go thru the hastle of doing all that to a flywheel that is not ment to be on a turbo tranny, when you can buy them new fairly cheap.

1jz tachs always work. If there is a wire (i forgot witch one) that is not going to the right pin it will make the tach not work regardless of what area you get the tach signal from. Even if you had an NA before wire is just wire to the tach in the cluster.

That is the temp sensor for the guage 100 % positive! :icon_cool

Yup! Water oil cooler from 1jz. I hate mine. All it does is heat up the coolant even more.
